AUTHENT-NET - Food Authenticity Research Network

FoodIntegrity - Ensuring the Integrity of the European food chain

The aim of the project is to create tools to ensure the integrity of the food chain. The project focuses on the development of tools to facilitate the sharing of information between stakeholders in the field of food integrity, such as the development of procedures for harmonization and use of existing databases, identification of shortcomings in food authentication research, development of food authentication procedures for 3 key commodities - olive oil, spirits, seafood, etc.
