The project Prague University Analytical Centre II and III - NPU 2015-2020 (PVAC NPU 2015) provides support for two Centres emerged under the Operational Programme CZ.2.16 OP Prague Competitiveness:
- The Prague University Analytical Centre for Health, Food Safety and Environmental Protection – II (PUAC II)
- The Prague University Analytical Centre III (PUAC III).
The aim of this project is to ensure the operation of a unique, integrated workplace dedicated to basic research in the area of analytical chemistry, forensic analysis, food quality, safety and authenticity, "healthy" nutrition, medical science, and environmental and food science, thus achieving the main goal represented by continuously increasing the quality of the non-material aspect of inhabitants of Prague, Czech Republic and European Union. Another main objective of the project is implementation of methods for toxicity testing on the model of human cell lines using the latest instrumentation, applied as tools for solving of food, environmental, medical and forensic issues.

MultiCoop - Multidisciplinary approach to strengthen cooperation and establish novel platform for comprehensive assessment of food and feed safety
The project is aimed at strengthening cooperation and supporting the emergence of new projects and human resources development for participating partners (ICT Prague, QUB and BOKU) through the development of excellence and expertise in the field of comprehensive food and feed safety assessment.

FoodIntegrity - Ensuring the Integrity of the European food chain
The aim of the project is to create tools to ensure the integrity of the food chain. The project focuses on the development of tools to facilitate the sharing of information between stakeholders in the field of food integrity, such as the development of procedures for harmonization and use of existing databases, identification of shortcomings in food authentication research, development of food authentication procedures for 3 key commodities - olive oil, spirits, seafood, etc.
